The Dunes’ responsive architectural design emphasises the relationship between building and nature, with staggered facades which capture and control the power of light and shadow. The arc of the building wraps around an acre of lush central gardens, with swaying grasses and sun-lit dappled pathways, then opens out onto an uninterrupted ocean view.
Throughout the development materials have been prioritised which highlight connections with the landscape, with spaces that create seamless boundaries between indoor and outdoor. Views, pedestrian thoroughfares and communal areas have been chosen to create emotional connections to the surrounding environment.
THE PROPERTIES
Suites, Executive Suites & Apartments have been designed to optimise light, space & views, with a clean, modern aesthetic which complements the surroundings. Many properties have direct sea views, with some benefitting from stunning terraces from which to enjoy the timeless magnetism of the ocean tides.
