A stunning, dual-height Reception space welcomes residents at The Dunes, leading through to an acre of lush communal gardens, peppered with shaded seating areas and bordered by a resident’s walking track. Meandering, sun-dappled pathways lead to the Garden Pool which provides a quiet shaded swimming experience.

Where the gardens meet the beach, the stunning 25 metre Seafront Pool directly overlooks the waves, bordered by relaxing cabanas. The Dunes bistro adjacent provides the perfect spot for breakfast or an early evening drink.

In the West Wing residents find the 250 sqm gym with panoramic views over the ocean, plus Spa Rooms where treatments can be booked.
